Install the RUM snippet
Open in appCreate a RUM site and add the script to the storefront.
- 1Open Digital Experience. If you see the module notice, connect the store first, then return.
- 2Create a site with the public domain shoppers use.
- 3Open the script for that site and paste it in the theme or tag manager so it loads on every storefront page.
- 4Browse the site once, then wait for event count and averages to move off empty.
Do not put the snippet only on admin. It must run for customers. Sampling below 100% is fine on high-traffic stores.
