Platform Admin

Staff console for every customer, site, plan, and user — plus view-as-tenant.

  1. 1Sign in with a staff account. You land on Platform Admin, not a merchant home.
  2. 2Use the left customer dropdown to search tenants. Open a customer for sites, plan, and users.
  3. 3Change plan on the customer list or customer page to move Free → Starter / Pro / Enterprise immediately. No payment is collected.
  4. 4Click View as tenant to use StoreWatcher exactly as that customer does. A banner lets you exit back to the console.

Visible only when your user is staff (isStaff). The sidebar lists customers, not the empty platform-admin workspace. Admin APIs read every tenant; View as tenant switches your session onto that organization until you exit.
