Governors for monitors, PageSpeed, RUM, checkout, insights, and AI.

Free: up to 5 monitors, 5-minute minimum interval, 5 PageSpeed runs/day, monitor-down insights only, community support. No RUM, security scanning, SEO crawler, checkout, product monitoring, or AI RCA.

Starter (also the default while a trial has no subscription): 20 monitors, 2-minute interval, SEO crawler, RUM, security scanning, extra insight kinds, email support. Still no Playwright checkout or product sampling.

Pro: 100 monitors, 1-minute interval, transaction monitoring, product monitoring, AI RCA (20 drafts/day), more PageSpeed. Enterprise: unlimited monitors and RCA, 30-second interval, priority support, more regions.

If a button returns 403, it is usually a governor (PageSpeed quota, AI cap, or a feature flag), not a UI bug.
