Extension Health
Last sync, extension version, and whether push is alive.
If dashboards go stale, open the store → Extension Health. You want a recent lastSyncAt and a known extension version. No sync means the cron/heartbeat on the store is failing, the API key was reset, or the module was disabled.
Magento: confirm Stores → Configuration → StoreWatcher is enabled and Sync Now works. WooCommerce: WooCommerce → StoreWatcher. After a Reset in Integrations, paste the new key before you expect data.
