Maintenance windows
Open in appSilence alerts while you deploy.
- 1Settings → Planned work. Pick a monitor or leave empty for all.
- 2Set start and end in your local timezone (shown next to the pickers), optional reason, save.
- 3During the window, notifications for that scope are suppressed. Checks may still run.
Use this for planned Magento deploys and theme releases so checkout tests, uptime probes, plugin self-check downs, and the heartbeat watchdog do not page the on-call. Checks still record; incidents and emails wait until the window ends.
