Anomaly thresholds
Open in appHow far from this store’s baseline before a detector fires.

- 1Open Settings. Scroll to Anomaly Detection Thresholds (below insight kinds and AI drafts).
- 2Set Uptime Deviation Alert (%): fire when uptime drops this far from the store’s baseline (default 10).
- 3Set Security Risk Deviation Alert (%): fire when the risk score rises this far from baseline (default 50).
- 4Set Monitors Down Threshold: fire when this many probes are down at once (default 3).
- 5Save Thresholds. Changes apply the next time detectors run — they do not replace the hard up/down probe.
These numbers live on the organization, not on a single monitor. Tighter values produce more insights; looser values produce fewer. A URL that is actually down still pages from the uptime check itself.
