Settings — email, Slack, and severity floors.
  1. 1Open Settings. Scroll to Anomaly Detection Thresholds (below insight kinds and AI drafts).
  2. 2Set Uptime Deviation Alert (%): fire when uptime drops this far from the store’s baseline (default 10).
  3. 3Set Security Risk Deviation Alert (%): fire when the risk score rises this far from baseline (default 50).
  4. 4Set Monitors Down Threshold: fire when this many probes are down at once (default 3).
  5. 5Save Thresholds. Changes apply the next time detectors run — they do not replace the hard up/down probe.

These numbers live on the organization, not on a single monitor. Tighter values produce more insights; looser values produce fewer. A URL that is actually down still pages from the uptime check itself.
