Free: monitor-down only. Starter adds PageSpeed, platform health, and Core Web Vitals. Pro and Enterprise add checkout failures and baseline deviation.
Insights are structured cards (monitor down, PageSpeed regression, CWV, checkout step fail, platform health, baseline deviation). Each has a rationale, a suggested action, and optional Ack / Mute. Muting a card does not delete the underlying monitor.
In Settings you can disable kinds your plan allows. Escalation will not page on-call for a kind that is muted or not on the plan.
