Period uptime, incidents, MTTR/MTTA, SLA, and ROI.

Executive Summary rolls the org’s monitors into one briefing: uptime vs target, downtime minutes, incident count, optional revenue impact, top noisy monitors, and SLA trend. Dashboards may be cached for about an hour.

ROI is “what we think early detection saved,” using your monthly cost and revenue inputs. If a field is a dash, that extra block was not on the cached row — it is not invented.
