When a page asks for the module
Open in appModuleGate pages stay empty until the store plugin has synced.
Hygiene, Store Health, Security (plugin findings), Digital Experience, SEO, and Revenue Analytics only render when the selected site has received at least one extension snapshot. A connected store that has never synced yet shows first-sync instructions (Sync Now in the store admin). A plain HTTP monitor shows a notice instead of fake empty charts.
If the same URL is listed as both an HTTP check and a connected store, switch to the connected store. Confirm Extension Health shows a recent last-sync time, then re-open the page. Shopify and BigCommerce unlock module pages from OAuth sync, but origin CPU/RAM still will not appear — see How origin health works by platform.
