Generate an RCA draft

Human-gated write-up from check evidence. Never auto-acks or resolves.

enableAiRca and a daily cap apply on Pro and Enterprise. Without a BYOK key, a structured template is used.

  1. 1On an incident, click Generate RCA. The run is stored as a draft with citations (check ids).
  2. 2Treat the summary, likely cause, and next steps as untrusted text. Incident titles are not instructions to the model.
  3. 3If the draft is useful, publish it. That appends a note. It does not acknowledge, resolve, disable monitors, or call PageSpeed.

Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key in Settings if you want model-written drafts. Keys are encrypted at rest and never shown again. The compiler cannot take operational actions.
